Ben Martin (BGM Rhythms) offers one to one drum tuition from Glasgow Music Studios.

Over the years I have developed various unique teaching methods which have enabled my students to learn drums and the skills associated with drumming quickly while at the same time developing their own unique and creative style of playing. I believe that everyone has a style of learning that once discovered allows them to pick up new skills fast and to go on to realise their full potential and become a musician in their own right.

Mission.

To encourage anyone with an interest in drumming to understand their own unique style and rhythm and to be able to express this on the drum set.

To Book a lesson or to ask anything relating to my lessons or just to ask a general drumming related question you can call or email me any time.

      • Hi Derek,
Thanks for the comment. I will keep you in mind as I often get enquires for pipe band drummers. I take it the best way to get into pipe band drumming is to join a pipe band? Dose this apply to beginners as well?

    • Hi,
Yes I teach beginners of all ages. Adults learning drums often benefit if they have learned another instrument first but this is not essential.
Finding time to practice in between lessons will help keep the ball rolling though.
      Thanks,
      Ben
